Shipping Policy

The shipping policy applicable to purchases made through this website is as follows:

  1. Shipping Time:
    Once we receive your order, we strive to process and ship your items as soon as possible. The standard shipping time is 3–5 business days. For special cases, please contact our customer service.

  2. Shipping Fees:
    Shipping fees may be waived for orders exceeding a certain amount. You can view these details during the checkout process in your shopping cart.

  3. Returns and Refunds:
    Customer satisfaction is our priority. However, if you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a return within 14 days, provided that the package has not been opened. For return procedures, please contact us at info@viishop.nl.

  4. Return Procedure:
    Customers may exchange or return purchased products under the following conditions:

  • The exchange or return request must be made within 14 days of product delivery, with the original invoice presented.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • The product must be unused.

  • The product must not have been opened.

  • The packaging must remain intact.

  • Discounted products, perishable items, custom-made products, or items specially personalized for the Customer cannot be exchanged.

  • For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for personal care products (such as Vii device, Vii Steam bidet, or combo packages including the Vii steam bidet).

To initiate an exchange or return, the Customer must contact info@viishop.nl via email.

  1. Return Approval and Return Address:
    Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with the necessary instructions for the return process. Please review these instructions carefully before proceeding with the return.

  2. Damaged or Defective Products:
    If the product you received is damaged or defective, please inform our customer service immediately at info@viishop.nl.
