Return Policy

Since we have a 14-day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your order is returned to us because it was not collected from the pickup location in time, we cannot resend it free of charge. You can have the order sent again once the shipping costs are covered. If you decide not to receive the order anymore, we will refund the product price, deducting the original shipping costs and any return fees.

This is in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 18) and the Dutch Civil Code (BW Articles 7:9–7:11), which state that the seller’s delivery obligation is fulfilled when the parcel is made available at the agreed location, and the customer must cooperate by collecting it.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, feel free to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it in—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at info@viishop.nl.

Rights of withdrawal and free gifts

  • If the consumer has received a free gift in connection with the agreement, such gift shall be deemed to form part of the agreement.
  • If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal and terminates the agreement in whole or in part, the consumer is obliged to return the received gift simultaneously with the order, insofar as the consumer no longer meets the conditions for receiving the gift.
  • If the consumer fails to return the gift, Viishop.nl reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift from the amount to be refunded to the consumer.
